What Is Cold Chain Cold Brew?
Our Process of brewing is definitely not done anywhere else because it’s not traditional. We use use liquid nitrogen while grinding the coffee to keep it from adding any heat from the grinding, we brew for a 1 hour period using cold water at 38f then to canning it, storing and shipping it cold. This keeps that taste locked in for best quality.
